Bourns TFOS30-1-150T Thick Film on Steel Resistors are low-profile devices featuring thick film printing on stainless steel. These Bourns resistors are designed for high-energy applications and offer an exceptional power rating of 260W or 900W on a fan-cooled heat sink. The TFOS30-1-150T is AEC-Q200-compliant and operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Printing on stainless steel allows these resistors to be used in a variety of demanding and power-intensive applications while taking advantage of the properties of the stainless steel substrate. Designers can use the high power/energy capability of the TFOS30-1-150T in pre-charge or discharge applications, when a high level of performance is required.
