VRE410 Output Voltage Reference

Apex Microtechnology VRE410 Output Voltage Reference is a low-cost, high-precision ±10V reference. The VRE410 is ideal for D/A and A/D converters requiring an external precision reference. The device provides ultrastable ±10V output with ±1.6mV initial accuracy and a 1.0 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. Accuracy improvement is possible by a multipoint laser compensation technique. The Apex Microtechnology VRE410 features a 3mV tracking error between the positive and negative output voltages over the full operating temperature range. This feature is extremely important in high-performance systems for reducing overall system errors.
