ROHM Semiconductor LAP-401 Single Digit LED Numeric Displays feature ROHM’s in-house 4-element (AIGalnP) high-brightness LED dies. The LAP-401 implements top-class luminous intensity while keeping degradation considerably slow. The ROHM LAP-401 preserves vivid illumination and the image of sets high over a long time. The device has a 10.16mm letter height with both anode common type and cathode common type available for each color.
