Remote Control Systems

Littelfuse Remote Control Systems offer solutions for load switching, joysticks, on/off switches, and USB protection. These systems provide the protection IC (eFuse) with USB-C® for overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection for USB input. The remote control systems also provide a TVS diode array for ESD protection of the USB data lines (high-speed interface). These systems support power on/off, mode selection, user interface input, and joystick input/directional control for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operation. The remote control systems offer load switch ICs for power distribution control, subsystem on/off switching, and battery load management. Typical applications include ISR, military, border surveillance, agriculture, delivery/logistics, inspection, and public safety.

Drone Subsystems

Littelfuse Drone Subsystems offer solutions for USB-C PD and Li-ion battery chargers, battery pack systems, and BLDC motors. These subsystems offer fuses for various functions, including AC input overcurrent protection and fault isolation, protection of the battery and downstream controller, pack, wiring, and controller. The drone subsystems provide TVS diodes for primary-side switching transient suppression and cell monitor IC sense line input overvoltage protection. These subsystems are appropriate for various drones, including toy, camera, First-Person View (FPV), enterprise, industrial, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), inspection/mapping, agriculture, and heavy lift. Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes

Littelfuse TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diodes are a broad range of circuit protection products designed to protect electronic circuits against transients and overvoltage threats such as EFT (electrically fast transients) and ESD (electro-static discharge). Lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and ESD cause electrical over-stresses associated with the transmission on data lines and electronic circuits. Offered in a variety of surface mount and through-hole circuit board mounting formats, the TVS Diode portfolio includes high peak pulse current and peak pulse power options up to 20kA and 30kW, respectively. Littelfuse TVS Diodes are chosen for the fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance, and low leakage current. TVS Diodes are available in both unidirectional (unipolar) or bidirectional (bipolar) diodes circuit configurations. 

SP3021 SPA® Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Array

Littelfuse SP3021 SPA® Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode Array includes back-to-back TVS diodes fabricated using silicon avalanche technology to protect electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The robust diodes safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes (up to the maximum) level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. Back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection

Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection products meet various applicable standards. 

Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes protect cables that operate with high-speed data and signals. These Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes include unidirectional and bidirectional devices with a 3.3V to 6V working voltage and 1 to 8 channels.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Battery Management System Solutions

Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions features components that protect against overcurrents, surges, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) that threaten the safe operation of battery management systems (BMS) in industrial tools and robotics, as well as e-mobility, mobile, and wearable applications. These systems regulate battery performance and communicate with energy management systems to keep batteries safe and operational. Littelfuse Battery Management System Solutions include fuses, TVS diodes, diode arrays, single-cell batteries, multi-cell batteries, solid state relays, and more.
