Pyroelectric Infrared Food Sensors

KEMET Pyroelectric Infrared Food, General IR Spectroscopy, and Oil Monitoring Sensors utilize thin-film pyroelectric PZT material and can be reduced in size while still providing high sensitivity with fast frequency operation. The QDC series offers a TO39 package, 2.7V minimum voltage rating, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. The QDC sensor element is built into a low-noise circuit that features an internal CMOS operational amplifier.
