Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCG60N N-Channel MOSFETs are AEC-Q101 qualified, ensuring automotive-grade reliability. The MCC MCG60N MOSFETs employ Split Gate Trench MOSFET technology and feature a high-density cell design, resulting in low RDS(on). With a Moisture Sensitivity Level of 3, these components exhibit robust performance in varying environmental conditions. Additionally, the devices are halogen-free and designated as a "Green" device. The epoxy used meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating, enhancing safety. The lead-free finish ensures RoHS compliance, denoted by the "P" suffix in the product designation.
