ISOM8600 80V Normally-Open Switch

Texas Instruments ISOM8600 80V Normally-Open Switch comes with an opto-emulator input. The opto-emulator inputs control the back-to-back MOSFETs without requiring a power supply on the secondary side. The devices are pin-compatible and drop-in replaceable for many traditional optocouplers, allowing enhancement to industry-standard packages with no PCB redesign.
