GRF5126 High Gain Linear Driver

Guerrilla RF GRF5126 High Gain Linear Driver is a high-performance two-stage driver amplifier designed for 3.3GHz to 3.8GHz band wireless infrastructure applications. With custom tuning, the device can support the broader frequency range of 1.8GHz to 5GHz, making it highly adaptable across various RF designs. The GRF5126 amplifier delivers strong performance metrics, including 24.6dBm of OP1dB, 31.1dBm of OIP3, and a low Noise Figure (NF) of 1.9dB. This amplifier features two selectable gain modes, allowing a single component to address multiple use cases. The GRF5126 amplifier is ideal for linear driver/pre-driver amplifiers, modern wireless infrastructure, 5G Sub-6GHz massive MIMO base stations, and small cells and cellular repeaters.
