AC0x Safety (AC0x-CS) Resistors

Vishay / Draloric AC0x-CS Series Axial Cemented Fusible Wirewound Safety Resistors use specially selected resistive winding wire and special non-flammable silicon cement coating material to ensure safe and silent fusing operation in overload conditions. The resistor fuses "without a bang" when AC mains voltage is applied and simultaneously acts as an inrush current limiting resistor for the normal operation. The AC0x-CS series resistors from Vishay are UL1412 recognized fusible wirewound resistors with Sn-coated Cu termination wires.
