SN74AC125/SN74AC125-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates

Texas Instruments SN74AC125/SN74AC125-Q1 Quad 2-Input AND Gates contain four independent buffers with 3-state outputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic and has an independent active-low output enable. These devices have a wide operating range of 1.5V to 6V and inputs that accept voltages up to 6V. The Texas Instruments SN74AC125-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
