ESD Protection of USB 2.0 Interface Devices

Semtech ESD Protection of USB 2.0 Interface Devices provides solutions to protect a wide range of electronic devices, including universal remotes, security panels, printers, cameras, speakers, medical devices, and jump drives that use USB 2.0. These solutions protect devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electromagnetic interference (EMI).

RCLAMP4041ZA TVS Diode

Semtech RCLAMP4041ZA Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is designed to protect sensitive electronics from ESD and EOS-induced damage and latch-up. This diode operates at 4V, protects one data line, and provides low ESD clamping voltage. The RCLAMP4041ZA suppressor provides fast response time, low operating and clamping voltages, and no device degradation characteristics for board-level protection. This diode is used in applications such as USB 2.0, MiPi/MDDI, Mobile High-definition Link (MHL), and wearables.
