2.5mm Sealed Signal Double-Lock Connectors
TE Connectivity's (TE) 2.5mm Sealed Signal Double-Lock Connectors offer secondary locking safety combined with IP67-rated sealing protection. A space-saving 2.5mm centreline provides a compact design solution, while robust seals enable reliable performance in water-related or high humidity environments. Contacts are on a miniature 2.5mm centreline spacing and accept 26AWG to 20AWG wire. Rated up to 3A maximum per line, TE 2.5mm Sealed Signal Double Lock Connectors are designed to help ease manual assembly, including a snag-proof latch, polarised terminals and an optional terminal position assurance (TPA). Panel-mount and free-hanging configurations provide flexible design options for a range of applications. Cap and plug housings meet the glow wire test (+750°C, no flame) and UL 94V-0 requirements to meet global industry safety standards.
