Comchip Technology SS34B-HF Schottky Barrier Rectifier is a metal silicon junction device with majority carrier conduction. This SS34B-HF rectifier operates from 40V to 200V reverse voltage and 3A forward current. The SS34B-HF Schottky barrier rectifier features low power loss, high efficiency, and high forward surge current capability. This Schottky barrier rectifier operates from -55°C to 150°C. The SS34B-HF rectifier can be used in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications.
