Precision Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. Rail-to-rail input and output functions associated with an extended power supply range from 2.7V to 16V, allows STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps to be used on a wide range of applications.

Low Power Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Low Power Op Amps include several series covering different voltage ranges. The portfolio features a large variety of power consumption and gain bandwidth combinations. The TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 Op Amps offer rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed to power consumption ratio, and 400kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40μA at 5V. These devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ121, TSZ122, and TSZ124 ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications, and portable applications.
