TST Trench Schottky Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TST Trench Schottky Rectifiers offer excellent high-temperature stability, high efficiency, and high forward surge capability. These rectifiers feature a maximum mounting torque of 0.56Nm and operate within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The TST trench Schottky rectifiers come in a TO-220AB case and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. These rectifiers meet the JESD 201 class 2 whisker test, and the molding compound meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Typical applications include Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS), adapters, and DC-to-DC converters.
