NMUX130x Analog Multiplexers/Demultiplexers

Nexperia NMUX130x Analog Multiplexers / Demultiplexers are general-purpose, CMOS, bi-directional analog switches with a 1.5V to 5.5V operating voltage range. These devices are compatible with industry-standard 4851 and 4051 devices and are available as an 8-channel analog switch (NMUX1308) or a dual 4-channel analog switch (NMUX1309). The NMUX130x components extend the digital logic thresholds to be compatible with 1.8V systems without the need for voltage translation.
