This very high density process is especially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and optimized for superior switching performance. onsemi Mid-Voltage P-Channel MOSFETs are ideal for high side switching on motor drives and lighting, active clamp in DC-DC, and load switching.

150V P-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs

onsemi 150V P-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs deliver very low RDS(on), and the mid voltage P-channel silicon technology is optimized for low Qg which is ideal for load switching applications.
