AXP1T34 Dual Supply Translating Buffers

Nexperia AXP1T34 Dual Supply Translating Buffers maintain low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire supply range. These single-bit buffers feature one input (A), an output (Y), and dual supply pins (VCCI and VCCO). Both VCCI and VCCO accept a voltage range between 0.9V and 5.5V, making the device adaptable for translating between specified voltage nodes. The AXP1T34 dual supply translating buffers require no power supply sequencing; output glitches during power supply transitions are prevented using patented circuitry. Consequently, outputs remain free from glitches for supply transitions during power-up/down between 20mV/μs and 5.5V/s. These buffers offer high noise immunity and ESD protection. The AXP1T34 dual supply translating buffers operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in multiple package options.
