This Avago 1W Mini Power LED is non-ESD sensitive, has MSL 1 moisture sensitivity, and is ideal for space-constrained designs.

Moonstone™ LEDs

Broadcom Moonstone™ Power LEDs are designed to handle high thermal and high driving current. Broadcom Moonstone LEDs are available in cool white and warm white colors and in various color temperatures ranging from 2,600K to 10,000K.
