AT & ET Thermistors

Semitec USA AT and ET Thermistors are available in a variety of resistance values, sizes, and termination styles. These high-precision thermal sensing devices have a maximum operating temperature of 90°C, 105°C, or 110°C. The AT series feature extremely small B-value tolerance and resistance while ensuring accurate temperature detection within ±0.3°C. They require no adjustment between the control circuit and the sensor when used as a temperature gauge. The ET thermistors are a smaller version of the AT series. The ET series is highly reliable and offers a fast response time. These thermistors are ideally suited for medical equipment and thermometers.
