NXP MKW40Z/30Z/20Z BLE and IEEE 802.15.4 SoCs

NXP MKW40Z/30Z/20Z BLE and IEEE 802.15.4 SoCs are single-chip devices that enable connectivity for portable and low-power embedded systems. The MKW40Z/30Z/20Z incorporate a radio transceiver operating in the 2.36-2.48GHz range with support for FSK/GFSK and O-QPSK modulations. The SOCs feature an ARM Cortex-M0+ CPU, 160KB Flash and 20KB SRAM. The SOCs also feature BLE Link Layer hardware, 802.15.4 packet processor hardware and peripherals to meet target application requirements.
