TLV240x/TLV240x-Q1 Ultra-Low Power Op Amps

Texas Instruments TLV240x/TLV240x-Q1 Ultra-Low Power Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) are a family of high-voltage (16V) nano power op amps. The TLV240x/TLV240x-Q1 has an impressively low quiescent current of just 880nA (typical) and is ideal for battery-powered or "always-on" applications, such as electric vehicle monitoring and protection applications. The reverse battery protection guards the amplifier against an overcurrent due to improper battery installation. For harsh environments, the inputs can be taken 5V above the positive supply rail without damage to the device.
