These lithium thionyl chloride (Li/SOCl₂) cells feature greater energy density, up to 710Wh/Kg and 1420Wh/I. Tadiran Li/SOCl₂ have an open circuit voltage of 3.67V, an operating voltage of up to 3.6V, and -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
