TSB Low-Power BiCMOS Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSB Low-Power BiCMOS Operational Amplifiers have an extended voltage operating range and rail-to-rail input/output. The TSB series offer an excellent speed/power consumption ratio. These amplifiers have the ideal stability and robustness for applications over a wide voltage range. The amplifiers can be used where space on the board is limited, thus reducing the overall cost of the PCB.

Automotive Op Amps

STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps are used for a variety of industrial and automotive applications. The op-amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

TSB611/TSB612 Low Power Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSB611/TSB612 Low Power Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) offer an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. These also provide an excellent speed/power consumption ratio with a 560kHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming less than 125μA per amplifier at 36V supply voltage.
