L3GD20H 3-Axis Digital Gyroscope

STMicroelectronics L3GD20H 3-Axis Digital Gyroscope is a low-power, 3-axis, angular rate MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) sensor. The L3GD20H provides the measured angular rate to the external world through a digital I2C/SPI interface. The sensing element of this device is manufactured using a micromachining process to produce inertial sensors and actuators on silicon wafers. The IC interface of the L3GD20H is manufactured using a CMOS process that allows a high level of integration to design a dedicated circuit which is trimmed to better match the sensing element characteristics.
