NJG1187KG1 High-Gain Low-Noise Amplifier

Nisshinbo NJG1187KG1 High-Gain Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is designed for GNSS applications. Nisshinbo NJG1187KG1 LNA is available for tuning of L1 (1.5GHz) and L2/L5lL6 (1.1GHz to 1.2GHz) bands by changing the value of external parts. This LNA allows placing a filter between the two amplifier stages to realize high attenuation without degradation of the noise figure. The NJG1187KG1 high-gain LNA operates at a -40°C to +105°C wide temperature range. This low-noise amplifier offers an integrated ESD protection device on each port to achieve excellent ESD robustness. Typical applications include GNSS receive application, active antenna, dashboard camera, navigation, and GNSS module.
