These MCUs are a combination of a microcontroller with a 12-bit SAR ADC, a 5th-generation Multi-Sense Converter (MSC) block supporting capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE™). The PSOC™ 4 HV MS-64K/128K MCUs feature an Arm^® Cortex^®-M0+ processor with programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks. These MCUs support functional safety levels of ASIL-B according to ISO 26262 and are AEC-Q100 qualified.
