BAV10x Superfast Recovery Rectifiers

Diotec Semiconductor BAV10x Superfast Recovery Rectifiers are SMD rectifier diodes that offer high-power dissipation. These rectifier diodes feature a range of 50V to 200V reverse voltage (VR) and a 60V to 300V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) range. The BAV10x superfast recovery rectifiers diodes are package compatible with SOD-87 and are built with UL 94V-0 case materials. These SMD rectifier diodes are ideal for applications such as rectification of high frequencies, high-speed switching, and commercial grade.
