Comchip BR10 SG Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop. The BR10 SG series offers a 10A average forward current rating and peak reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V. These rectifiers have a high 175 amperes peak surge forward current capability and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. They have a lead-free finish and are RoHS Compliant.
