The C&K Components' Detect Switches GDS Series features an ultra-low profile (0.9mm off PCB); the HDT Series features a micro mini surface mount; the SDT Series features a micro mini pendulum surface mount; the KSJ Series features a spherical actuator tact switch; the MDS Series features a micro snap-acting tactile feel; and the SDS Series features a side actuation.

SDS Series Side Actuated Detect Switches

C&K Switches SDS Series Side Actuated Detect Switches offer 2mm overtravel, making them ideal for detector applications. These switches feature a low actuation force of 75g maximum, a low-profile design, and are pick-and-place compatible. SDS series switches provide a 100mA contact rating at 12V_DC, 50,000 cycles of electrical life, and 100mΩ maximum contact resistance. C&K Switches SDS Series Side Actuated Detect Switches include ultra-low current capability (ULC) variants designed to limit power consumption in battery-powered devices.
