ROHM Semiconductor CSL1501RW 860nm Infrared LED is a side view type LED. The CSL1501RW LED is an ultra-compact product. This LED features 100mW power dissipation (PD), 50mA forward current (IF), and 5V reverse voltage (VR). The CSL1501RW LED is ideal as a light source for eye tracking of devices equipped with VR / MR / AR functions. These devices include game consoles, headsets in the industrial field, and head-mounted displays.
